ANSWER: The trade duration of investment depends on your preferred tenure. We have 12 months (35% interest), 18 months (55% interest), and 24 months (70% interest) of trade tenure.

FAQ 8: WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM & MAXIMUM LAND SIZES FOR TRADING IN COUNTRY HOME BUY TO SELL SCHEME?

FAQ 10: HOW DO I GET PAID UPON MATURITY?

ANSWER: Your Bank account will be credited with the trade capital and the accrued interest on the day of maturity. Please note that accrued interest  atttacts 5% withholding tax.

FAQ 11: WHAT DOCUMENTS WILL I GET AFTER I COMMENCE THE TRADE?

ANSWER:

I. Deed of Agreement: This document states the land size and location, date of commencement of trade, tenure, and the maturity period of your trade.
II. Payment Receipt: This is the proof of payment for the land size acquired.
III. Post Dated Cheque: You will get a post-dated cheque ahead of your trade maturity date. Presenting the post-dated cheque at the bank at the trade maturity date grants instant access to the funds.
IV. Insurance Document: This is a backup document. It covers a conditional document for Property whose worth is equivalent to the exact amount of funds plus the value of promised Return on investment. In the case of casualties or the death of the principal, the beneficiary (Next of Kin) will get access to the funds plus interest or property equivalent to the invested amount plus the value of promised interest.
